YASE is a unique social enterprise scheme that strives to empower young people, particularly from Britain’s ethnic minority communities, to be able to achieve their academic and career aspirations. YASE has teamed up with talented professionals across a range of industries who help young people stand out and get ahead through bespoke mentoring and coaching. All participants also complete the ‘YASE challenge’, with the help of their mentors, where they build invaluable entrepreneurial skills by organising innovative activities and projects to fund - raise for under privileged children in developing countries. YASE aims to give invaluable opportunities to ambitious young people to help them excel in every way.
By signing up to YASE you will:
All funds raised through YASE go directly towards charitable projects in developing countries. For 2012, we will be supporting charities that help under privileged children in India; particularly those which empower young people through education.
We select grassroots projects that align with the ethos of YASE; that is to empower young people so they can help themselves. Either through education, training in specialist skills or mentoring, we believe that we can make a real difference to children in developing nations.
